Welcome my friend!
I’m glad you found your way here. I’m a life coach on a mission to help us all claim our personal freedom and live true to who we are… even in turbulent times. I’ve been through many challenging life experiences, and I have come through with great insight about what matters most. Living true to who we are is what matters most - even when life is messy and hard. There is a bigger truth to connect with, and we each have different ways to tap into our true nature and being. I feel called to share what I’ve learned, and inspire you to find more ways for yourself. Our personal freedom belongs to us, but it’s a practice, a moment to moment choice to make.
Teaching has been a life-long passion of mine. At the end of my elementary teaching career in 2010, I began to plan for my next chapter and found life coaching. As I navigated through my own “to hell and back’ experiences I learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t when my world had been turned upside down. I gained practices and tools that helped me to create something new and heal the tender parts. Self-healing from the inside-out and knowing I could make powerful decisions to shape the life I desired to live was all part of my journey. There was a lot of help made available to me along the way from friends, therapists, family and coaches. Each of them aided my growth in different ways but what bloomed was a trust in myself and the many practices I use to utilize my own abundant inner resources. I realized very quickly that I wanted to share what I knew with others so they could “tap in” and know the power they have to enjoy and honor their one precious life.
My coaches training took place over a five year period, and included two amazing programs; Coaches Training Institute and Martha Beck Coaches’ Training and Certification. In addition to that I completed a 200 hour yoga instructor training which has become a natural extension of my practice. These trainings and my own life experience, have prepared me to serve clients from all over the U.S. Many are women, ages 40-70 years of age, but I have also coached men in career transition, college students, homeless women, and people who have experienced traumatic head injury.
I’ve expanded my practice to offer group coaching, group presentations, and through that, I have created an offering I call Freedom Practice with Jenn. This is available free on You Tube if you type in that title.
The other parts of my life include a love of the outdoors and staying active in many ways. I have been involved in the fitness industry as an instructor for over 30 years and have become a tournament Pickleball player. I love being with family and friends and cooking up a storm of healthy food. I am a mother to three grown sons, a step-mom, and grandmom. I love this life and the planet. My mission is to help people from all walks of life know we all matter, our dreams matter. We have the power to choose and create a beautiful life no matter what is rocking our world.
